On July 21, Dami Medical Technology Co., Ltd. held the 2022 semi-annual summary conference, to summarize the assignments in the first half of 2022, and to deploy the key goals in the second half year.
During the conference, all of the team leaders made brief introductions of the achievement, specially in the amazing results of new anesthesia airway management products’ promoting and new products development’s process. He also put forward on the directions for the second half of the year.

Wu Zhou, general manager of Dami Medical, conduct the conference gave speech and affirmed the work results achieved in the first two quarters of 2022, he also emphasized the key tasks in the second half of the year:
1. Our primary responsibility is to maintain active interaction with clinical experts; strengthen sales channel development and management, establish effective academic activities and DAMI brand building; government affairs, etc.
2. R&D Department: optimize the product development process, optimize the system and division of labor in the help of OKR target management tool, focus on key airway management products.
3. The team continues to evolve, strengthen collaboration, and build a personal career platform.
After the work report, Dami Medical members participate a two-day tour in famous Chinese tourist attraction Mount Huang from July 23rd to 24th. We took a special route in Mount Huang city.
